We meet in-person at in a lovely space that is part of the Shambala Center at 187 S Winooski Ave in Burlington, Vermont in the building on the corner of South Winooski and King Street that reads “The Hood Plant.” Use the center door with the “Shambala” sign and walk up the stairs. Our room is the door immediately on the left at the top of the stairs. It is usually closed even if we are there, especially on Sundays when the Shambala group is meeting. Just walk in, no need to knock. Please arrive a few minutes before a class or meeting begins.
Please see our calendar section for the days we meet in person. Typically it is the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Sundays of the month from 9:30 – 11:30, but we also host classes at various times.
